No. And It's about controlling your own emotions, and also being able to understand and mainpluate the emotions of others, in good ways or bad.
Basically, if I am angry at a companies policy over something, I try and tell myself that it is NOT the customer service agents fault that the policy is screwing me over, they may work for the company but they do not write the rules, they just follow them as per the job.
This often does not stop me taking my anger out on THEM, and it SHOULD, because i KNOW it is not them personally doing this to me, but in the heat of anger I often forget/ignore that fact, hence i feel i have low EI.
