<p dir="auto">I disabled that feature as well. I hate it! I can <em>feel</em> the difference, and there's definitely an impact when it starts back up again and I begin driving. This is the first car I've had that does this. Definitely not a fan.<br />

<p dir="auto">Yes, mine too. I also disabled the automatic gas saver feature that turns off the engine when you are stopped at a light or stuck in traffic. It’s a suck on the battery and more stress on the engine. It doesn’t make any appreciable difference. I heard automakers are going to stop making this feature, too.<br />

<p dir="auto">I noticed that when I first fill my tank, even if I'm getting right on a highway, I still start out only getting around 17mpg until I've been driving for ten minutes or so, and then it kicks up to 30-31mpg.<br />
Yeah, all the stop-and-go driving sucks gas.<br />
