An extra Merry Christmas for those away from famy and friends!
I decided to cook anyway. Pork loin roast with cranberry glaze, asparagus with hollandaise, Hawaiian bread and corn on the cob. Fruit salad for dessert.

When I have been alone at Christmas I still made a full on Christmas dinner. One of the best things about Christmas dinner is leftovers so it all works out well if you are cooking surplus 😊
