So what the fuvk is the point of having a college degree like you are so intelligent yet you cannot even use the internet on a basic level

I'd be skeptical about 5 year olds but a lot of people just graduating now are around the age where they grew up with dummyproofed iPads and smart phones so they never had much experience navigating a file system. Some of them do one fingered typing like me Dad still does.
Back in my day there weren't all these guardrails. You could download a shady porn file onto the family computer from Kazaa or Limewire, realize it was full of viruses, Google how to fix it before your parents get home, then dig through the registry to clean up some obscure files while desperately hoping you don't break anything else in the process. It's how you learn.
