I hear such mixed information about NHS. There are people I know who complain about poor quality of care and lack of specialty care, and especially the long waiting periods, whether it's waiting in the emergency department or waiting to get an appointment. Then I know of others who sing their praises and have had very good experiences.

Even though Canada’s system is free,the lack of healthcare professionals and supporting staff and wait times are aweful.
