I don't think she will cause anyone to change their vote, but among her fans that may have been unlikely to vote, they will probably be more motivated to vote now. Her fanbase is mostly younger women which us also the demographic most likely to vote Democratic, so anything that gets more of them to the polls will help Democrats.
