I spent extra time cuddling with my dog this morning when he curled up. He rested his head on my shoulder, and even if it were not part of
Official Dog Law
that you cannot move so as to not disturb them, he then took his paw and draped it across my arm, and I melted. I enjoyed spending that extra time with him. I enjoyed every minute of it.

Very true! People or fur babies. We never know how long we have with each other.
It's a nice reminder of what it's like to care about and love someone or something beyond one's self. It was hearing how it's just a
part
of
our
life, but
all
of
theirs
, and then,

that tugged at my heartstrings. ️
