It's cool and useful, even modern, as a philosophical perspective/critical theory on modern power structures as defined by gender. Has more validity than its detractors would like to admit. As an ideology or entire worldview, it gets myopic and hypocritical and prone to exploitation by marketers, but that can be said about literally any cultural ideology.

I’m against the third wave feministic bullshit that promotes the idea of men and women being the same, when both genders are different. Biology agrees with that, hence why one has a Y chromosome. They are equal, but not the same.
