Perrier water has benefits, such as -
No sugar
Improves Digestion
Helps with Losing Weight
Good for Heart Health
and helps you stay hydrated throughout the day
But you shouldn't drink more than two cans a day, cos it can lead to developing kidney stones.
I usually drink spring water.
Once a day, I mix 2 tablespoons of Apple cyder vinegar with a glass of spring water - that has some of the same health benefits.
