Nope. Normal hours are for boring people. I'm up all night and sleep most of the day! Because life is too short to miss the beauty of the night by sleeping!

Yup, had enough of sleep deprivation when my kids were little! Also I start work at 8.30.

What kind of "bad sleep"? Poor? Nightmares? few hours?
For most of my life, I've had night terrors. They used to be so disturbing. It's like I couldn't rest, ever.
Then something happen and I get by on 4 hours of sleep for the past decade +. And I rarely ever dream. I did wake up from a dream several hours ago, it wasn't a nightmare, whew!
