What kind of "bad sleep"? Poor? Nightmares? few hours?
For most of my life, I've had night terrors. They used to be so disturbing. It's like I couldn't rest, ever.
Then something happen and I get by on 4 hours of sleep for the past decade +. And I rarely ever dream. I did wake up from a dream several hours ago, it wasn't a nightmare, whew!
