The very small minority of fathers who want custody can go to court and fight for custody. These days, parents have equal custody. What happens is when the father has custody, someone else ends up raising the kids. Usually his mother (the kids' grandmother).

So no man can have their child because other men didn't want them? You think this is a real argument?

And usually they don't WANT any say or responsibility for them anyway. They leave all the responsibility for them on the mother.

lives after they are born. Not even close either. Caring for and raising a child impacts one's live more than carrying a baby.

Still, not their body taking all the risks and holding residence.
I think someone should be required to take care of a baby. Could be an adopted family grandparents, etc. No I don't think neglecting an autonomous baby is okay.

How many fathers even WANT to be around their brats? You don't see many of them even wanting custody of the children. And they are the ones most likely to abandon their kids and not raise them anyway.
