Marie Dressler's scene at the end of "Dinner at Eight" with Jean Harlow gets my vote for the funniest double-take reaction ever. It makes me howl every single time I watch it - and then she follows it up with one of the funniest lines ever. Just for that one minute on screen, she is one of the immortals!
