I enjoyed it.
Not the greatest spy film of all time, whether serious of spoof, but I thought it was a lot of fun. To me it's quite obvious this movie is poking fun at the spy genre.
Ann-Margret looked incredible with some impressive dance moves and Dean Martin might have been a little too old for the part but he still is very good.

I've never seen those listed, so I'm totally unfamiliar with them though I recognize the actors' names.
The world was spy-crazy!
Heck! I still have all of the U.N.C.L.E. novels and those pulp magazines, plus several comics. I think some of the other spy stuff went for swaps at used-book stores. Some I really do regret releasing.

And then, there were the semi-obscure Eurospy flicks, like the West German made Kommissar X series with Tony Kendall & Brad Harris.

Matt Helm movies are parodies of all the spy stuff going on, including James Bond. Of course, those movies sparked the spy craze. The Derek Flint movies were slightly more serious but still very tongue-in-cheek. James Coburn has that dry, wry approach, and Dean Martin has his wink-at-the-camera act going on. In no way was it to be taken seriously.
"The Avengers" had many whimsical moments and was quite different from "The Man from U.N.C.L.E."/"The Girl from U.N.C.L.E.", who ranged from rather serious stories to ones loaded with humorous touches. I'd better not forget "I Spy" and "Mission: Impossible"!
For very serious, there was "Danger Man"/"Secret Agent" with Patrick McGoohan, which led to "The Prisoner".
For outright comedy, we had "Get Smart".
Even in the theaters, there was a wide range, including the Harry Palmer films, "The Spy Who Came in from the Cold" and, at the other edge, "Casino Royale", the JB spoof. I could make a long list of spy films from that period, including "Danger Diabolik", "Modesty Blaise", and "Fathom".
