The 1962 film Whatever Happened to Baby Jane has a similar plot (disabled person held captive by a madwoman). It's actually referenced in King's novel, though I think the movie version of Misery is even closer.

The Fan with Robert De Niro, and Wesley Snipes seems real similar to Misery.
