The fact that Nino was not charged for killing those two cops in the warehouse.
Had that been for real, the whole NYPD would had been looking for the man. And they would had not giving Nino just one year for giving away a guy as the leader of his crime syndicate even though the guy was nothing more than a computer programmer for the crew. Not after killing two cops.
They brushed it off like nothing. I mean Nino stabbed both guys, everyone in that warehouse were shot dead except Nino, so a knife would have had to been found on one of them to connect them to murdering the cops, yet Nino did not have the chance to plant it on any of his fallen army with all the rucus and shooting going on.
I mean I know it is just Hollywood but still. LOL.

Imagine That? A fictional fake movie. Who does things like that? That's like saying Wolverine Origins never happened.

Felony murder does not always apply the way they show it TV. A defendant can have an "Affirmative Defense" against this rule under certain circumstances.

Yeah, you think it would come under Felony Murder. He was committing a felony even if they couldn't prove he was the killer.

I think you're forgetting the fact that we (as audience) saw Nino kill those two cops. Nobody else actually saw him do that and as you said lots of people got killed in that warehouse and nobody could tell that Nino was the man, who killed the cops single-handedly. Now, you mention about the knife, BUT we did't see what happened with it. If something is not shown, then there can be zillions of versions what happened in this fictional environment. Nino may have brushed his fingerprints, he may have been wearing gloves (if I recall correctly, in that exact scene, we don't actually see his hands naked) and etc. and etc.
