But Very surprised you gave Showgirls such an accurate review. I too Wouldve gave it such high ratings. Like almost a 10, but then I remembered I didnt like the ending, and some weird storylines like; her friend being beaten by the band and her coming back for a combersome, the black( not that I didnt like him at all but that he ending up being disappointingly), I didnt her getting the black guy in jail, her not really getting Gina and hating her, her lesbian vibes wit her black friend, and I WANTED A LOT MORE OF THE STRIP OWNER!!!
The Reason I Vouche for the 10 anyway is this;
All these actors took such a high risk starting in this Movie, Being Nude, and being in such controversy. Exhibit; Berkeley never worker again( though she has NOTHING to be ashamed of), NC-17, such a Risky all out there story/ usually reserved for erotic: softcore films, being a World Wide Big Release; Being advertised Everywhere; I Still have Frightful Images of Seeing Hot Berkeley Naked Everywhere! In Buses, and Posters, in Seats, I wish they still were. YES THEY BROUGHT THE GOODS! YES THIS MOVIE WAS WELL WORTH IT AND WELL MADE! YES IT WASNT JUST HYPE! YES IT DESERVE MORE BOX OFFICE, AND MORE RESPECT! A LOT MORE!!!

I could look at Demi Nude all day,
But the ending didnt mesh well, and I didnt lik making the politician a bad guy. He was a lot of fun, played by Burt.

Another reason it bombed was the lack of a major star. Plus terrible advertising.

Showgirls actually bombed( sort of) cuz of that 17rating,
But is actually better then this.
Saw this last night, but the ending was so-so. Overall the movie was still good.
Showgirls is Much better all around, and hard to say this, Berkeley was much better than Demi Moore.

The critics hated Showgirls as well. That's why I never listen to them!
