I noticed there is a misplaced ( and rather sexy ) Negris in this show, because politics.
The thing that always gets me is, G. Martin did not choose the setting of the book so he could promote an all white utopia, he was sticking to real history. There were hardly any coloured folks in medieval England, it really was an unapologetic fest of honk!!
But if someone was to do a show set in North Africa before all the colonial **** and wanted to avoid adding white people for realism, nobody would have a problem with that, at all.
well people would have issues with it i mean, but would be called racist by the same people who demand that black people be forced into white history.
The funny thing is tho, I dont think these races are actually DEMANDING they get represented, all these race based choiced are probably made by soy boy white folk, most of the time
Why the **** could the lord just not make us all one colour eh? all the same, I dont even give a **** what colour it is as long as we are all equal. Make us all the same height too, and size.
Fuck it just make everybody look the exact same, even the women, then that way nobody is hotter than anyone, nobody is taller, nobody is racist, nobody has a hotter gf….nobody is better!!
