Why? throwing toilet paper over a teachers house is an American tradition and the victim enjoyed the practice, what happened was a tragic accident that could have happened to him if he was running out his house for any reason.
Thats the argument I would make in court. And it should get them off because again, it's a tradition so why would these young retards see a problem with doing it? especially as the victim was their friendly teacher who they had a decent friendly relationship with.
