It's a song intended to insult his brother. The song is from 1991 and a portion of the lyrics denote to him knowing Michael was a pedophile. The lines "I know what you are, you must know that". Jermaine was writing a book in 2004 about his brother pedophilia but paused it due to threats from Michael. The book was going to be called "legacy". Truly disturbing.
