<p dir="auto">By all accounts Bob Clouse seemed like a nice guy but let's be honest, he wasn't exactly a brilliant director and a lot of his fame came from the projects he got landed witb68h.<br />
I'm not saying he was a bad director at all, absolutely not he was perfectly competent especially in a visual medium and it's probably why he got chosen to do the jobs he was given.<br />
Regardless a lot of his later features felt like TV movies and it seemed that he was always trying to recapture Enter The Dragon, which to be fair probably wasn't his doing as  the bulk of his offers were probably Martial Arts films after 1973.</p>
