<p dir="auto">I think it would have fueled the interest faster…they were doing conventions shortly after the series went off the air so it's fair to think with 5 seasons in the can and syndication runs the fan base would have been much larger.  I bet the movies would have happened starting in the early mid-70's.<br />

<p dir="auto">Wouldn't that depend on the quality of those seasons?  Maybe people would have had a gut full of it and not want to watch any more of the same stuff.   Or maybe it would have just enhanced their enthusiasm.  Who knows.   What do you think?</p>
