The sound effects on this movie don't sound right. Specifically I am referring to R2-D2's beeps and Darth Vader sounds a little bit off compared to ESB.

Care to elaborate on what CGI you are referring to?
I remember reading somewhere that the studio where the sound was being edited had flood damage and they had to finish the work for ROTJ somewhere else. As a result, the sound filters did not work out the same way.
