I just happened to be watching this. Look at 2:19 : the implied innuendo involving Alfalfa's hair, and the sound effect it makes, after he and Darla kiss.
I was thinking, how cute and innocent this scene was, and then that happened. That…makes me a little queasy. I don't know who thought that would be a good idea!
Sexual innuendos in children's programing that only adults will understand are fine (Spongebob & Disney do a lot) as long as the children aren't targeted as sexual objects…which this one does. It's using a child's body to mimic that act, and it's sexualizing a completely innocent kiss between two children.
Am I nuts here or is that highly inappropriate here!? What were they thinking?? And she giggles afterward! I get those shivery goosebumps rewatching that part cause it's so creepy!!!

It's a cute and silly joke.
You are reading too much into it.
Prob. from being brainwashed by the woke or pedo bullshit.
What bothers me instead is that Alf is rowing the boat forwards instead of back as it should be.

These are innuendos in Spongebob. I'm totally fine with these, as the show is a comedy, much like Ren & Stimpy, known for its gags like this. And they're not kids. The Little Rascals is a children's family movie and the punchline for the innuendo there was that Alfalfa is getting an erection over kissing Darla, which isn't funny, it's just ….weird and creepy. Combine that with Darla giggling afterward, and the dog covering his eyes, which is not the best message you want to convey there…
It also doesn't fit the tone of the movie, just as a Spongebob innuendo would come off as odd in Sesame Street. But that's the least of it.

Betty Boop's boyfriend was a dog. So did the cartoon promote bestiality? What about Bugs Bunny in drag kissing Elmer Fudd? Sex with trannie prostitutes? I've watched cartoons with my nieces and nephews. Everything is reduced to pablum now. Children were expected in the past to gradually get up to speed and slowly learn what society was all about. The pampered American middle class wants their children to live in a bubble. You think sex is dirty.
But what do innocent references to sex in cartoons have to do with your list of alleged rapists?
Yea, Nasser is a creep who abused his patients. The allegations against the others are so old I think they should have been thrown out. If a man rapes a woman then she should file a report immediately. If she waits 20 years maybe she was raped and maybe she wasn't. That's why law includes statutes of limitation. How can a man defend himself after 20 years? His reputation is ruined and we can't be sure if he was guilty or not. I frankly think aspiring actresses threw themselves at Bill Cosby and got what they deserved. They should have spoke up when it happened. Sorry it's too late.
There is a poster on v2 who has documented Corey Feldman's underhanded activities. I don't have the deets but I believe her. Her name is Clusium on the Religion board. Ask her about Feldman. He is merely trying to cash in on his failed career.
You say no. You criticized Corey Feldman for his accusations.
Matt Lauer, yes
I don't think judging how cartoons were in the 1930s is the best standard of judgment. Or is this acceptable too?

Sometimes you crack me up. They're both kids so I see nothing wrong with it.
Actually, if you watch old cartoons from the 1930's they're filled with sexual innuendo which kids would never understand. Even Mother Goose is filled with sex and violence.
The problem more today is that everything has been dumbed down to a child's level. It's refreshing to see them not pandering.
