Was Thumbelina the girl dancer on top of the wedding cake dancing with Tom Thumb (Russ Tamblyn) at the end of the movie?

They did use the name Thumbelina for the wedding cake sequence. I expect there is no copyright on character's name from the Hans Christian Andersen tales.

I doubt that it was Thumbelina. Thumbelina was Andersen, and Tom Thumb was Grimm.
Let Zygons Be Zygons.

I don't think it was Thumbelina. However, it
was
the doll from the early part of the movie - when the toys were giving Tom a "party" upon his arrival in the toy room. She was the only toy that didn't become animated and dance and/or sing or do anything. She just stood there in her box.
It wasn't until Tom kissed her (on top of the wedding cake) that she became animated and started dancing.
