Debra McCabe might just be the most underrated beauty of all time, my god she is so beautiful. There is not a single thing about her that isn't sexy. Sadly she seems to have completely gone under the radar and hasn't got much in the way of acting roles, would love to see more of her. Looking at her IMDb pics that were recently uploaded she's every bit as beautiful now as she was when she did THAT scene in Saw 3. Had a huge crush on her ever since I saw that scene for the first time, while the nature of the scene is horrible in terms of what's happening to her character it's difficult to ignore how incredible she looks naked.

Respectfully disagree. Sure, she's not what you'd call conventionally attractive, she has imperfections and she's an older woman, but that's what I think is attractive about her. She's not you're run of the mill cookie cutter Hollywood super model, but she's a real woman who's completely natural and has a fabulous body.
