It was first shown in the US at the Bleed Fest Film Festival on September 25. 2011. The Bleed Fests used to take place once every month.

On Netflix it's listed as Dawn.

The film will be released on DVD as Rise of the Dragon Slayer on January 15th the same day it'll be streaming on Netflix.
