I must be the only person in the world who practically went weak at the knees for this movie. It is everything, just everything, a person could want who is a fan of the Beetlejuice/Addams Family Values/Brady Bunch movies-type humour. And on top of the hilarious and dark script, the animation is astounding and so detailed. I wish people liked this more. I feel like it will be a huge cult classic one day, and I regard it (after a fair amount of reruns) as one of the best movies of all time. That's just me though. Such heart and depth to the story.

I was genuinely surprised at how sweet and heartfelt this film was. Besides paying extremely affectionate and appealing tribute to the horror genre, it also delivers lots of surprisingly sharp and stinging social commentary concerning fear, prejudice, and the dreaded mob mentality. 9 out of 0 from me.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

The more I watch this the more I am convinced that it will be a cult favourite in 10 years. So much going for it. Such heart. Such darkness. Such comedy. So many ONE-LINERS.

As a Disney fan, this movie is a gem. Poor Aggie, how much she suffered to be so evil.

As someone who grew up with stop motion and horror films, this movie is a gem.
