Anthonette Cayedito. Taken from her home in 1986 and aside from a disturbing 911 call in 1987 and an alleged sighting in 1991, there have been virtually no leads as to what happened her ultimate fate was. Given how much time has passed, I think it's safe to say she's long dead.
I believe her uncle was the only real suspect they had because her sister said that someone who knocked on their door claimed to be "Uncle Joe" just before she was abducted. But their uncle apparently had an airtight alibi and was cleared. Assuming her sister's story was reliable, this would mean that some stranger or an acquaintance somehow did a passable impression of Uncle Joe's voice because it's doubtful a 9 year old girl would open the door at 3 AM for a voice that was unfamiliar.
