I like having them all come at once so you have a more accurate representation of the consensus. Usually when there isn't an embargo the early reviews are from fans and the aggregate score isn't reliable.

Hollywood will never do that. There is no benefit to it for them. Early reviews that are bad mean less people will go, but even if the reviews are good, having them trickle in rather than all at once would mean it would generate less hype.
