<grouchy rant>I saw Godzilla Minus One today (it was good) but that's the only current film I wanted to see. Starting Dec 26th there are about five interesting films - if they do appear in my local cinemas I won't be able to catch more than one or two. It's bloody annoying that with a few free days before Christmas there is nothing to watch.</grouchy rant>

Yeah - we have Aquaman 2 - I don't really want to watch this film but I was briefly tempted because it might not be terrible - which is not a good reason to go to the cinema.

Usually Christmas weekend is when they release major blockbusters, and this year they saved that honor for Aquaman 2. Crazy.
