Did Batman or Robin know Batgirl's secret identity during this movie? I'm not sure what the cannon is for this movie. It didn't seem like Robin had any clue, but I don't remember if Batman always knew from day one and was playing it down as to not give away her secret.

So, yes, Bruce and Dick would both be aware that Babs is also Batgirl.
Dick didn't know. It's part of what led to their split in TNBA.
