It's a nice cast working their way through a competently written series with, for me anyway, the added factor of an acerbic Calista Flockhart. There is no attempt to be darker or faux-clever as so many series try - and that's a good thing.
Having said that I'm only meandering my way through the first series and, judging from IMDb, it doesn't look like she will be around for too many more episodes.
I have always depended on the kindness of Strangers - and the bastards let me down!
