Wow, tons of ethnocentric american garbage being spit in this thread right here. I hate to break it to you guys, but the ideal of what is beautiful in American does not equate to the world, no matter how big your ego maybe.
For one, the person who mention thinness was beautiful in Asian countries is correct. And with China by itself holding over 1 billion individuals, this essentially dwarfs the American population. I hate how people represent their own opinion as the opinion around the world, what a bunch of narcissistic butt holes.
If you don't like thin women, that's fine. But to equate your own opinion as the world opinion really shows how big of an ego you really have.
Now I'm a man, and American. And I like all types of ladies. Thin ones, like Zoe, Hour Glass Shape like Scarlet Johnasson, shapely like Salma Hayek, and sometimes even a little thick ladies. Everybody is different, and instead of trying to put your opinion as the world's opinion, how about remember that you are an individual.

OK, I'll clear this up right now Men hate fat broads(except chubby chasersfreaks), men hate overly skinny broads(except the ones that like 12 year old boys). What the MAJORITY of men like is a female with a rack, with an ass, and no cellulite(gross), not too skinny, not too fat. How do you know she's strong? I'd be surprised if she could bench press a few pounds over her consideraly small body weight. Zoe has a pretty face, but a stick skeleton emaciated looking body. She looks rather disgusting to me. Her legs have no shape. Her thighs and calves have virtually the same circumference.
And I'm sick of these 85 pound anorexic model types being portrayed in movies like they are tough as an MMA fighter. I'm also talking to you Keira Knightley in King Arthur. Zoe couldn't pick up a rocket launcher, let alone hold one and fire it from her hip like it was a cap gun.
If movies are going to insist on the concept that women are as tough as men, they could at least cast some who are slightly more believable. There are plenty of attractive women who don't look like walking dental floss.

I think Zoe is beautiful. But I think if she isn't healthy than that's not good. If she's naturally thin than that's fine. She looks thinner recently then I remember, but I hadn't seen her in movies in a while so I really don't know. As long as she's healthy that's really all that should matter.

It is kind of funny how some of you think that just because a women isn't insanely thin and has a little meat on their bones, they are considered fat. I'm sorry but I don't like women with the body of a 12 year old, it just doesn't look healthy. I would have to agree and say that most men (at least the ones I know) don't go for the anorexic look. The Eva Mendes and Salma Hayek body style is what I prefer. Not too thick not too thin.

C'mon man think about it. Let's start with North America. Just try and tell me that men in this part of the world like skinny girls more than meaty, bootylicious girls and you're seriously in denial. Turn on the TV, read a magazine. Nuff said for this region. Next up South America, think of the countries in S.A. like Mexico, Brazil, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Venezuela etc. etc. Again, try and tell me that men here like skinny girls more than curvy women. Next up, Europe. You ever been to and/or lived in major European nations like Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Germany to name a few? Well I have. Of course there are countries in Europe that like skinny girls, aka England, Poland, Ireland, but again, try and tell me that MORE men in EU prefer skinny women. Next up, Africa. Try and tell me black people prefer skinny girls as opposed to meatier women, then you've seriously lost it. Next up, Middle East. I'm Arab, and have been to every major nation in the Middle East, trust me on this one. Next, Asia. Finally if anywhere there were more men who like skinny girls as opposed to meaty ones its here.
