Lincoln's actor is on Blindspot now with Lady Sif and it's pretty telling that imo the role had more depth and was more interesting after two or three episodes than he was after one and a half seasons on AoS.

Although it was less than spectacular, my most satisfying moment was when Hive got spaced. I totally disliked Ward as that character. Others disagree, yet I maintain that role was a complete and total rip-off of Neo, in The Matrix. Brett did a fine job, I place blame totally on the writers/directors/showrunners, whichever is responsible.
Seeing Lincoln go away in the same scene wasn't bad either, yet as much as he irritated me in the beginning, he did grow on me a bit during his last few episodes.
