I didn't think so until I realized that 1) this need have nothing to do with the Watchdogs and 2) that "surfaces" is a really bad pun if it refers to Nadeer's brother and I think they went for it.

Yeah, I think that's what's going to happen too. Thing is, the synopsis for the episode says something about an inhuman with "explosive powers" and that's what got me thinking about Hellfire, cause that's the literal description of his powers but I may as be wrong about it
Either way, I do think they will try to turn senator into an inhuman and honestly really want her to become one, I just cannot wait for her to become something she hates the most, her character is so so irritating to me, after what she's done to her brother, I really think she deserves something like that to happen to her

In the preview he didn't have an inhuman, he had terrigen crystals. Since the senator's brother is an inhuman, it's very likely the senator is a potential. The watchdogs seem to have fairly easy access to the senator, so he's probably thinking to turn her.

Yeah, that's all true, I agree it could be different inhuman. But then again, the "explosive powers" they refer to are exactly how you would defy Hellfire's powers, it's just fits. And it the preview Radcliffe and the Superior were discussing how they need an inhuman for their plan, and well they work with watchdogs, who know James/ Hellfire sooo, there is still that possibility, they can bust him out, who knows.

Hellfire was seen this season and got his butt kicked by Ghostrider. He is in custody by SHIELD or US Government, but he should not be roaming around right now. We may see him again, if Watchdogs bust him out or something. They actually may be referring to a different and new inhuman character.

Oh, that's right! Completely forgot about that! And had an amazing scene with Ghost Rider, loved it! How could I have forgotten about it? God..

We saw Hellfire this season. He was working for the Watchdogs in a fireworks store. Ghost Rider knocked him out and they took him prisoner. Can't remember what they did with him after that, though.
