It would be nice, Crews could use a role that would let him do something new. Myself though, I'd love to see Quentin "Rampage" Jackson take the role. I think he has talent and can certainly evolve and this would help. I would probably direct him to read the comics, obviously, but also have him listen to NWA and to listen to very vulgar and anger based music and let him inform the character from that.

Crews would be awesome, if only he can really pull the nasty (he might).
Tony Lister Jr would be literally perfect, but he's too old by now (60+), and he's supposed to be a bit younger than Punisher, so no way.
Crews would be ideal at this point.

He would actually be pretty decent. Barracuda is a heavily comedic character.
