I agree. It's surprising that we have three other villains but not Amora just for the hell of it.
What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

It would have been interesting to see her as the Main Villain in this film.

It's too late to add her to the film at this stage, but what if she was already included and Marvel just hasn't publicized it yet? Where there's Skurge, there's usually Amora. I wouldn't bet on it, and I obviously don't think she has a major role, but maybe she's a post-credit bump to set up a future Thor film. It's unlikely, but not impossible.

My mistake. Thanks for the response. Lorelei was returned to Asgard by order of Odin(Loki in disguise) in her last appearance on AOS, she hasn't been mentioned since. Would like to see her return at some point in either show or film

The character played by Elena Satine in AoS wasn't Amora, it was her sister Lorelai. Amora doesn't exist in the MCU as of yet, and it's too late to get her (or Lorelai) into Ragnarok as the film's in the can, it's currently in post production
