I didn't catch this when I initially saw the episode, but I watched the replay
Queen goes to his girlfriend's house after he kills Billy and she offers him a drink. Before she pours it, the camera focuses on a bottle of Russia Vodka. Perhaps she is pretending to be someone she isn't?
