He's not leaving. He's just getting started. I think the way he is acting nowadays is mainly because he has to promote his other films and projects ("The Accountant", "Live by Night", et. al.). He's downplaying Batman because he wants people to go and see his current films. If he spent all of his time talking about "The Batman", a project that doesn't even have a release date yet, people wouldn't be interested in anything else.

All these rumours are making me nervous. So do you guys think he will leave? And if he does, what kind of consequenses will it have for both WB and DCEU?
I would not be nervous at all at the moment because all these rumours are nothing more than that rumours. The only confirmed things are that Affleck issued a statement that he might not direct The Batman and that no script existed, he then went on to say a few days later that the project was going forward and a script now did exist. This clearly indicates a spat with WB/DC but nothing more than Affleck throwing his weight around a bit. WB/DC and the DCEU have other things to worry about though the two biggest is the reception of WW and JL and that will have a much bigger effect on the DCEU than Affleck staying or leaving.

Actually, the Batman role is good for his career, at least his career as an actor.
His films as a actor have been hit or miss at the box office, and regardless of quality BvsS made a lot of money, and Afflect himself got good reviews. Star actors all want a series of franchise films these days, it guarantees them a series of hits and the money and publicity associated with that. So Affleck's had another flop or two, unless he's going to quit acting and just direct, the DCEU franchise is helping his career more than its hurting.
I've also heard rumors that he might get a big role as a producer or director of these films. If that's true, I'd be perfectly happy if it was true and he forced out Snyder.

It would be a wise decision to do so that his career doesn't take any more damage than it already has from NutZack Snyder and The Murderverse.
