The showrunners have been clear now that she is just a miracle baby. Her parents are John and Penelope Decker. Not like Mary and no relation to Lucifer. i think she is his soulmate.

I think she is some kind of "Mother of Jesus". It does not make sense that Chloe would be God.

If she were God, why would she go for a DNA test on Lucifer, and then decide that she was better off not knowing? What would that make Trixie, or Dan? Or Chloe's mother?

I'm so surprised people keep bringing this up, especially with the clear romantic connection being cultivated between Lucifer and Chloe. And her having a child, as well as a mother and father, and the fact that she's in her 30sthe reasons just go on and on and on. But the most important reason: they're not going have incest on this show even if it is Fox! Or a show about the devil! It's simply not that kind of show.

My theory is that Lucifer is Chloe's father. Looking back over the past episodes it seems to make sense. At least to me.
