Witch Michael Keaton playing Vulture in this, that makes him one of the few actors to play both a superhero (Batman) and a supervillain. The only other actor I could think of to do this was Hugo Weaving, for playing both V and Red Skull. Though calling V a "superhero" is a bit of a stretch. Are there any other actors to play both comic book heroes and villains?

I'm just gonna be a stick in the mud here and say that Batman is not a superhero. He's just a hero. And Vulture, most often, is not a supervillain, just a villain. Unless of course, your justification for using the "super" prefix is that they are comic book characters and wear outlandish outfits.
