This latest episode was fun but it really made it crystal clear just how awful and out of place Nick Zano is on this show. Watching his "acting" in this episode ("The Chicago Way") it looked like he was in a completely different show that had no connection to anything going on in this one.
For all the complaints about Caity (Sara), she continuously acts circles around this guy. But then agian, so does everyone.

He may not be the best but I like his character so I guess I notice it less. With Nate's character, I'm not really a fan of the "historian bro" thing so he has to work extra hard not to annoy me.

He's the second worst. The worst is Franz Drameh, but I will cut him some slack as he is young and probably has little experience, it shows even more when he gets to work with someone with the experience of Victor Garber.

I have a like/hate relationship with his character. At first I hated him, some episodes I kind of liked him, and this last episode the actor just seemed so out of depth with the rest of the crew. He and Ray did provide the biggest comic relief of the episode when Mick wanted to drive away and Ray said "we're right here you guys!" so there's that.

His character is growing on me as I wasn't keen at first but they are trying to develop his character.
