<p dir="auto">When Inspector Ridley says that line during her attempted interrogation of Shades, I keep thinking, it's a good thing Shades didn't get sent to Rikers. Why? Because, if you remember, Wilson Fisk assumed control of Rikers by orchestrating Dutton's death and then Frank Castle's escape. And he got many of the guards in his pocket too ("Ask the guards, they'll deny it!") So if Shades ended up in Rikers, he'd probably become Fisk's new right hand within the week.</p>
