a ghost or is he somehow trapped in the Oculus? He seems pretty pissed about dying for the team now.
I wonder how this will connect with him joining the Legion of Doom?

Is anyone reading this thread in Leonard Snart's voice?
Some of you are - admit it.

Hmm.
Yeah, I think you're right. Thawne tooks Wells' memories. I don't think he
had
to kill him to do that, just that he wanted him out of the way.
But Miller is signed to appear across shows, so Snart must be alive somehow. An aberration is a possibility, but Mick's visions aren't akin to Stein's memories changing, so that's not what that is.

I thought the thing Thawne used to take on Stein face also could take his memories. When Thawne used it on the original Wells it took not only his face, but his memories and emotions. Of course, it's possible it only took his face, since Stein did not die.
I was wondering if Snart could be an aberration to Mick, similar to how Stein is seeing his daughter, he's just presenting himself different to Mick. If Snart never died or got on the Waverider, maybe Mick is beginning to have different memories. It's possible no one else is seeing him yet because they didn't have the original history Mick did with Snart

He's real. A projection of some sort. Snart's working with Thawne, Darkh, and Merlyn and giving them info on the group. That's why Thawne as Stein was ready for personal questions but taken aback by being asked about his daughter.

Nah, I think the Snart that Mick kept seeing was just a hallucination. Its Mick coming to grips with his evil criminal side and the good/softness the group is bringing out in him. Snart is the Devil on his shoulder and Vixen is the Angel.

I think you are right about the Oculus being outside of time. The Snart Mick is seeing may also be trapped outside of time. Prehaps there are two Snart's this season, a past one working with the Legion of Doom, and one who is trapped in the Oculus.

Doesn't the oculus exist outside of time? If so, thawne couldn't have gone back and gotten him. I would imagine the legends would have gone back and found a way to keep the fail safe down without a body if they could.

No way Smart was real. He would appear and then vanish and only Mick could hear him. Plus he appeared out of thin air. He was a hallucination. From what I've heard the real/past Snart shows up later and joins Thawne, Merlyn and Darhk as the Legion of Doom.

From the way Snart talks this seems like a Snart from after the Oculus exploded. He seemed a little bitter he allowed his emotions for the team, and maybe even Sara, to get in the way of his usual motive of looking out for himself first and others be damned.
Unless Reverse Flash showed him his future, before the Legends, and he didn't like what he saw. Although, I do wonder why Eobard would want to risk bringing the Time Master's back, I would think they could prevent him from altering events. That would be my reason for believing that Eobard may have taken Snart right as the Oculus blew up.

I am assuming he's actually real but Mick just thinks he's a hallucination. I assume the Legion is controlling him somehow.
