It's not the girl reporter. She was with Oliver at the party when Prometheus attacked Curtis.
Prometheus is also likely a guy at this point.

When she asked him if he wanted a drink, she grabbed a vodka bottle with Russian lettering on it. Oliver said the moves Prometheus had were from a woman in Russia.

I don't see how it's Tommy at this point, but yeah, I also don't think it's some bastard's son. That would be very anti-climatic.

There's no way Prometheus is some bastard son. It's either Tommy or Slade's son.

Tommy could be alive, but I'm not sure why he would be Prometheus or why he would even care about the guy Oliver killed.

I still think/hope it's Tommy. Also this is one of my favorite episode of the whole season. I really really REALLY loved tmother flashbacks this episode. It reminded me of how Oliver was the first season, Badass and not giving a beep what people think. Also reminded me of how much screen time felicity used to have. Ahhh those were the days. Glad Kate is back.
