This is totally theoretical, as I'm sure this would never happen due to many of the same actors from Arrowverse shows being shared on iZombie, and this being Vertigo and not your standard DC. Also, I'm pretty sure DC comic characters are all fictional in the world of iZombie.
Otherwise though, just for fun, how would you like to see a crossover happen?
Since the show doesn't deal with meta humans, and is more drama/cop oriented, I would love to see Barry Allen (possibly without his powers due to a lack of Speedforce) assisting the SPD in tracking down perhaps a meta that escaped from Earth 1 into the iZombie world. Maybe Cisco could tag along and have a fun dynamic with Liv, seeing as they both "Vibe" in their own way. If Oliver was along for the ride we could even see Green Arrow taking out some zombies.
I think getting around the whole "DC Heroes are fiction in this world" issue could be acknowledged with the Arrowverse characters simply not telling the whole truth about their identities, much like Liv did with Clive.

Please no. Arrow and Flash are so terrible I had to stop watching them. I couldn't stand watching their characters shoved into iZombie too.

Berlanti would never allow just the same as Rob Thomas would never allow it.
I don't really see any point in a crossover with this show. THis show aired with the Flash and had terrible retention. That means those Superhero loving crowd are not interested with quirky dram zom rom com show.
