At the end of tonight's episode of "Legends of Tomorrow", Brandon Routh's Ray Palmer said Supergirl looks like his cousin. I know this is a joke because Routh once played movie superman. But could Ray Palmer actually have a cousin that look like Supergirl, and on another earth, there's a Ray Palmer look-alike superman? I mean We already have John Wesley Shipp's 1990 TV Flash appearing in the "multiverse tunnel" when Barry Allen travels to Earth-2, who's to say Brandon Routh's movie superman won't actually exist on another earth.

on another earth, there's a Ray Palmer look-alike superman?
It's a fun thought!
I saw an interview a while back with someone who was working for DC - I
think
it may have been Grant Morrison whilst promoting his/DCs Multiversity Guidebook - who said that
every
version/incarnation of every DC character every portrayed (live-action and cartoons) or published exists somewhere in the Multiverse. He specifically mentioned Christopher Reeve's Superman and Michael Keaton's Batman as examples. So from that perspective I guess you could say he does.
"A big ball of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff"
The Tenth Doctor explains all.
