I just love seeing Supergirl and the Flash on screen together. That episode was so much fun. Felicity as right.. that team-up was just amazing!! I absolutely could not get enough because of how entertaining this cross-over was. DEFINITELY will be rewatching that cross-over over the holidays.

I haven't actually seen the cross-over yet, but I have to be honest here, that line was painfully obnoxious in the trailers. It just felt so painfully on-the nose and forced, and it doesn't even make sense that Felicity would say something like that. Is she suddenly aware that they're all in a TV show based on comic books?
Thats the problem with the humor in these shows in general. A lot of the humor revolves around awkward characters making some awkward in-jokes and pop-culture references that are going to be dated in a few years. For God's sake, the very first episode of
Arrow
had Tommy mentioning
Twilight,
despite the fact that said reference was already becoming dated back then.

Your obvious insecurities are bothered by my exuberant reaction to something I personally found was entertaining. In the words of Iris, "Sorry/not sorry."
