i remember when Smallville premiered on the WB back in 01 to record numbers of like 8 million

I really liked the episode since it felt like a proper crossover.

It looks like they got enough Supergirl-only viewers to tune in The Flash, and they probably attracted a bunch of casual sometimes-viewers back.

Invasion was great. I kind of wished I just skipped the Supergirl episode though because I don't watch that show and the only thing it had to do with the crossover happened in the last 30 seconds, a scene that was shown in this same episode.

The episode was so good. I never expected the fight scenes to be this good.

Honestly, beep. Cisco! Drama Queen to the MAX. Barry didnt kill his brother and not only that but his bitching and moaning divided the team for no reason. Two of the teams strongest members were left out of the initial fight and what happens? 'ITS A TRAAAAAPPPP!!!' Good job Cisco Oh and the baby being a boy instead of a girl? Really? Who cares? What difference does it really make to you? You still have a baby at the end of the day. A million factors can go into what makes a baby a boy or a girl, just be happy you have a perfectly happy and healthy child and move on.
I swear, Barry is a tool for messing with the timeline, but everyones gripes with it, minus frozen hands, I cant blame her for being pissed off, are just bitching and moaning for no reason. Hell Dr Virgin ended up with getting a hot daughter out of the deal, he definitely better not be bitching and moaning in subsequent episodes

next week isn't a season finale. its the midseason finale. just a few week hiatus. the season finale isn't until may

Character development does not mean we will like everything or understand everything a person does. Just like real people, people flub up and do stupid things. I've come to a place where I can like a person even though they do things I do not like.
I'd find a show where characters had no flaws and got along well all the time fairly boring. Reminds me of a show like Knight Rider where the entire cast ended where they started, no growth, no change.

I happen to like character development and interaction. That is something berlanti does reasonably well. He continues to fail on heroics. I didn't set aside an hour of my time to watch Barry and Oliver fight other heroes and then Barry outsmart Kara. The aliens were barely needed.

Looks like their Avengers-style crossover is really paying off for them.

The demo of 1.5 is the highest since Season 2 ep 14 (2nd Earth 2 Episode) and the viewership of over 4 million is the highest since Season 1 Ep 11.
